Kaleigh W has a range of experience in the field of unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Kaleigh is currently working as a UAS Pilot Instructor at DroneUp since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AeroVironment from May 2020 to August 2022, where they held the position of UAS Evaluator/Instructor Operator (FSR).

Before joining AeroVironment, Kaleigh worked as an Associate Faculty at Cochise College from February 2020 to May 2020. Kaleigh also gained valuable experience as a Shadow UAS V2 NET Trainer at AASKI Technology from April 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the training and qualification of crew members in the deployment, use, and troubleshooting of the Shadow v2 upgrade.

Additionally, in February 2020, Kaleigh obtained a certification as a 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
