Lucy McQuilken

Lucy McQuilken is currently the CFO at Droplette. Lucy has previously worked as the CFO at WHOOP from April 2018 to May 2020, and as a member of the Board of Directors at Zagster from July 2015 to January 2016.

At WHOOP, Lucy was responsible for consumer internet investments for intel capital. Her responsibilities and projects included developing and maintaining forward looking cash flow models, delivering monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting statements, implementing outsourced business processes/Saas Solutions including payroll, billing/invoicing, expense reporting, financial reporting, and cap table management, supervising in-house and external bookkeeping and controller service providers, developing board level reports and attending board meetings, and taking minutes.

Lucy has a lot of experience implementing QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Intuit Full Service Payroll, ADP, Expensify, Carta, Zenefits, Gusto, and Trinet. Lucy is also an experienced fundraiser and term sheet negotiator who has helped clients raise $52.5M in seed, series A, and Series B funding in 12 separate transactions. In addition, they have arranged debt financing including AR and working capital lines and delivered monthly bank reporting. Lucy has also managed $12M in credit and lease facilities.
