Scott Shepard has held a variety of roles in the micromobility industry. In 2019, they were the Chief Business & Marketing Officer, Executive Board Member at Iomob - The Internet of Mobility. In 2020, they were an Adjunct Professor at Coventry University. In 2021, they were a Contributing Writer at Metro Magazine and an Advisor at Urban AI. In 2022, they were the Founder & Host of The #CitiesFirst Podcast, a Contributing Writer at Zag Daily, a Public Speaker at SAE International, an Executive Advisor & Investor and Chief Product & Marketing Officer, Executive Board Member at Asistobe, and Head of Policy & Government Affairs at Drover AI. Scott was also a Board Advisor at SMOVE.CITY.

Scott Shepard has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from the University of Vermont, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. Scott then went on to receive a Master of City Planning (M.C.P.) from San Diego State University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2006 with a specialization in Urban Design. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2014, an AICP Certified Planner from the American Planning Association in 2010, and a LEED Accredited Professional from Green Business Certification, Inc. in 2008.
