Elaine Voss

Elaine Voss has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Elaine is currently the Head of Learning and Engagement at DRPG since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Learning and Development at DRPG from August 2022 to August 2023. Previously, they held multiple positions at BT, including Learning Experience Manager from April 2021 to August 2022, Learning Specialist from September 2020 to April 2021, Learning and Development Professional from September 2019 to October 2020, Learning Designer from June 2018 to September 2019, Design & Delivery Trainer from February 2013 to June 2018, and Team Manager from March 2012 to February 2013. Elaine also worked as a Travel Manager at The Midcounties Co-operative from November 2009 to March 2012.

Elaine Voss completed their education at DPG Plc from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a CIPD Level 5 degree in Learning and Development Management. In addition to their degree, Elaine also obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they became a Certified Performance Consultant through The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute). Elaine further enhanced their skills by completing certifications in Critical Thinking and Learning Agility through LinkedIn in November 2020. Elaine's commitment to professional development continued as they earned the Developing Others certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management in October 2010. Their accomplishments in the field of learning and development were acknowledged when they received the People Development Programme of the year Private Sector, Gold Award in February 2021 from The LPI.
