Jakob Miera

Jakob Miera has a strong background in operations and management. Jakob currently serves as the Director of Operations at DrSmile, where they are responsible for various aspects such as operations, customer service, fulfilment & logistics, procurement, and IT. Their main focus is on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through process improvement and team management. Prior to this, Jakob worked as the Director of Operations at eHealth MediDate GmbH from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they were a Manager at OptiBuy from 2014 to 2016 and a Fund Accountant at BNP Paribas Securities Services from 2012 to 2013.

Jakob Miera attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they completed their Master's degree in International Business Management from 2011 to 2013. Jakob then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at the same institution from 2014 to 2016.
