MacArena Ferrera Delgado

Macarena Ferrera Delgado currently serves as the Team Leader for Customer Support at DR SMILE since May 2021, where responsibilities include establishing strategies, task assignment, performance management, and professional development of team members. Previous roles at DR SMILE include Senior Customer Support, Customer Support Agent, and Travelling Assistant, focusing on training and opening new clinics while overseeing operations in specific regions. Prior to DR SMILE, Macarena worked as a Dental Hygienist at Clínica Dental Rocío Montero from April 2016 to April 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree in Dental Hygiene from Nallam Formación, ongoing studies in Dental Hygiene focused on diabetic patients and pregnant women from Lacer, training as an Invisalign assistant from Align Technology BV, and a specialization in periodontal disease from Dentaid. Additionally, Macarena is pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering at the Universidad de Sevilla.
