Paul Shatlock

Paul Shatlock is DRT’s Vice President of Delivery. Paul is responsible for developing and managing the overall service delivery strategy for the company’s accounts, ensuring profitability, delivering high-value solutions, and exceeding performance benchmarks.

Paul has more than 18 years of experience in both the public and private sectors at multiple $10 billion+ corporations. His highly technical background and exceptional communication skills help to bridge the gap between business leaders and IT professionals. Paul’s areas of experience include team leadership, program management, application development, systems support, and strategic roadmap planning.

Prior to joining DRT, Paul led a high-performing and globally-dispersed IT organization at Highmark Health, delivering solutions across the Salesforce and Tableau platforms for the company and its partners. His experience also includes stints at Eaton Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and CGI Federal.

Paul resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife and son. Outside of the office, his interests include ice hockey, classic rock music, and classic American cars and motorcycles.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
