Chinyere Nwosu began their work experience as a Customer Care Representative at MTN Nigeria in September 2009. During their time there, they provided customer operations support and conducted customer satisfaction surveys. Chinyere also made outbound calls to educate customers about new products and initiatives. In August 2015, they transitioned to the role of Campaign Management Service at MTN, where they continued to focus on customer satisfaction and feedback. Chinyere joined The Brand Activation Company in January 2020 as a Client Service representative and stayed until April 2022. Currently, they work as a Team Lead/Quality Analyst at DrugStoc starting in November 2021.
