James Bailon

James Bailon has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they began working at Dry Farm Wines as Fulfillment Systems & Operations, where they are spearheading a NetSuite implementation and leading a new WMS implementation. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Grace Presbyterian Church of Silicon Valley as Director of Operations and Director of Communications. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Independent Business Operations/Channel Consultant for various tech companies. In 2015, they were a Barista at Blue Bottle Coffee. From 2014 to 2015, they were Internal Operations/Team Assistant at ScriptRock. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at PartnerPath as Business Operations Manager and Finance and Office Administrator. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Bookkeeping Associate at C. Peikert & Associates. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks.

James Bailon began their education at West Valley College, where they earned an A.A. in Honors Liberal Arts in 2003. James then attended Saint Mary's College of California, where they earned a B.A. in International Area Studies/Business Administration in 2006. During their time at Saint Mary's, they also studied at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, where they studied Italian, Finance, Marketing and European Politics.
