Minnie Hatfield

Minnie Hatfield, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Minnie has held various leadership positions in well-known companies, including Drybar, ASICS America Corporation, SecureAuth Corporation, Ascent Aerospace, Interush (HEC) Inc, and Makita U.S.A., Inc. Minnie'sroles have involved managing accounting, treasury, FP&A, and payroll functions, as well as leading strategic financial planning, budgeting, operational FP&A, and process improvements. Minnie has also demonstrated their ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency, such as shortening closing cycles and consolidating financial reporting. Minnie began their career as a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Minnie Hatfield, CPA, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from National Chengchi University. Minnie is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), certified by the Board Of Accountancy.
