Ernest Osundwa Were

Ernest Osundwa Were began their career in 2009 as a Loans Officer, Sales Consultant, and Sales Agent for Blue Financial Services. In 2013, they became a Chemical and Process Engineering Intern at Mumias Sugar Company. The following year, they were an Intern at Biodeal Laboratories Pvt Ltd. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at SAFAL GROUP - Insteel Limited Kenya as a Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer and Management Trainee. In 2018, they became a Machines TSR (Territory Sales Rep.) Nairobi, Eastern, Central & Coastal Regions at Mantrac Kenya Ltd. In 2020, they were a Management Consultant - Strategy (Generalist) X-Culture Programme at Capti Voice, and a Director - Site Operations at DryGro.

Ernest Osundwa Were began their education in 1999 at St. Josephs' Academy. Ernest Osundwa then moved on to Friends School Kamusinga from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their O' levels. In 2010, they began their B.Eng. in Chemical & Process Engineering at Moi University and completed it in 2015. From 2018 to 2021, Ernest Osundwa Were earned both a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Strategic Management from United States International University - Africa. Ernest Osundwa is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance, General at United States International University - Africa, which they began in 2022. Additionally, Ernest Osundwa Were has obtained two certifications: an Associate Member from the Institute of Directors (Kenya) in 2022, and a Graduate Registered Engineer from the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) in 2018.
