Sophia Ho Chee has a diverse range of work experience in office management and administration roles. Sophia then worked as a PA to the General Manager at St Ann's Hospital, where they handled administrative tasks. Sophia also served as a PA to the Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and PA Support to the Medical Director at NHS City and Hackney, where they provided diary and email management, recruitment support, and project assistance.

Sophia then worked as an Internal Communications Assistant at RNID and an Office Administrator at The Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling. In these roles, they supported various organizational functions and provided events and meetings support. Sophia also worked as an Office Manager at Umi Digital, where they managed client projects and handled social media and marketing campaigns.

After completing their secondary education, Sophia went on to Middlesex University from 2003 to 2006. Sophia pursued a degree in Music and Arts Management, focusing on music and business. In 2020, Sophia attended freeCodeCamp and obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design.
