Tim Kruger

Co-Founder and Director at DryGro

Tim Kruger has worked in a variety of roles in the science and technology sector since 1994. Tim began their career as a Director at Eternal Weave before becoming a Management Consultant at Corven in 2004. In 2001, they moved to Shell as an Innovation Manager and then in 2008 they founded Cquestrate, a company researching a proposed technique to reduce the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In 2009, they were appointed Director of the Oxford Geoengineering Institute and then in 2010 they became an Oxford Martin Fellow at the Oxford Geoengineering Programme. In 2013, they became the Founder and Chief Scientist at Origen Power and in 2014 they Co-Founded and became Director at DryGro, a company developing a technology to grow biomass in arid environments.

Tim Kruger attended the University of Cambridge from 1991 to 1994, studying Natural Sciences.
