Stein B. Kvae

Stein B. Kvae has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. From August 1999 to January 2001, they served as the CEO of Westerdals Oslo ACT, where they negotiated the buyout of Westerdals from Norwegian College "BI" and initiated the setup of new ownership. Stein B. then merged the company with The School of Graphic Design in Norway.

In April 1999, they became the Chairman and partner of Stig og Stein Idélaboratorium, a position they held until December 2003. Following this, they joined The Kaos Pilots as a Member of the Board from May 2000 to January 2007.

From August 2000, Stein B. Kvae started two ventures simultaneously. Stein B. became the owner of Inspirator Investment Network AS and co-owner of Handverk. Stein B. remained in these positions without specified end dates.

In August 2001, Stein B. Kvae joined Paradox (SF Studios) as the Chairman and partner, serving in this role until December 2018. Stein B. then became the Co-head and Producer until December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer of Paradox (SF Studios) starting from January 2023.

In January 2007, they co-founded Drylab Software and acted as the co-owner until July 2022. In February 2019, they became a Board Member of Happybytes until October 2020.

Another recent position is their role as the Non-Executive Board Member and Chief Strategy Officer at Drylab Media Tech, starting in July 2022, without any specified end date.

Stein B. Kvae completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Management, from Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices. Stein B. attended the institution from 2013 to 2017. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2019, Stein B. Kvae pursued an eMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) degree in Creative Leadership from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
