Ajay Panicker

Ajay Panicker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ajay currently serves as the Head of Data Governance at DS NORDEN, where they are responsible for establishing an effective ecosystem for master data to derive business value and enable strategic decision-making. Ajay leads the implementation of data governance and master data management using cloud-based technologies, as well as establishes organization-wide mechanisms for data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management.

Prior to their current role, Ajay worked as a Senior Master Data Specialist at WSAudiology, where they collaborated with various departments to build a data governance framework and implement best practices. Ajay had operational and analytical experience in software systems such as Dynamics AX, Agile ePLM, and LN Infor. Ajay also presented findings related to data corrections and discrepancies.
