Paul Pinto

Paul Pinto currently serves as Group Head of Reward at DS Smith, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Paul Pinto spent over a decade at Tate & Lyle from December 2011 to November 2023, where roles included VP of Global Compensation & Benefits and Director of Compensation & Benefits. Paul's earlier career includes significant experience at Deloitte from 2002 to December 2011, where titles ranged from Director to Senior Manager and Manager, as well as roles at Arthur Andersen & Co. from September 1999 to 2002, including Assistant Manager and Senior Associate. Paul Pinto earned a BA and MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, completing studies between 1996 and 1999, and attended St Ignatius College in Enfield from 1989 to 1996.
