Claudia Clark

Claudia Clark is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Group Head of Reward at Syensqo since December 2023. Previously, Claudia held the position of Group Head of Total Reward at Solvay from February 2022 to December 2023. Claudia's extensive career at British American Tobacco spanned nearly a decade, during which roles included Regional HR Director for Europe & North Africa and various Area HR Director positions. Prior roles also include Head of Reward and Performance at Eversheds, Reward Manager at BP, and Talent and Management Development Director at Unilever. Claudia holds an Honours Degree in Commerce with a focus on Organisational Behaviour from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, earned between 1993 and 1997.
