Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech/Theater Arts with Secondary Education from Winona State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2008.
