Mihaela Temelkova, CSPO®, has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mihaela started their career in 2003 at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, where they held various positions such as Front Office specialist, Branch Supervisor, Sales Manager, and Deputy Head of Product Management Department. Mihaela eventually became the Head of Liability products and Customer management department before leaving the company in 2020. In 2023, they joined DSK Bank as the Head of Daily Banking Market. Throughout their career, Mihaela has gained expertise in daily transactional banking, product management, customer management, sales, and branch supervision.

Mihaela Temelkova, CSPO®, has an education history that includes studying Applied Mathematics at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Additionally, they studied German Language at Geo Milev High School in Dobrich, Bulgaria. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
