Danish Khan

Danish Khan has a diverse and extensive background in the field of competition law. Danish is currently working as a Principal Associate (Competition Law) at DSK Legal, where they advise and represents clients on competition disputes and merger control in various industry sectors. Prior to this, Danish has held positions such as Co-Founder at Talking Competition, Managing Associate at L&L Partners, Principal Associate (Competition Law) at Dua Associates, and Attorney (Competition Law and Policy) at Vaish Associates, Advocates. Danish has also worked as an Attorney at KK Sharma Law Offices, specializing in competition/antitrust laws, and as a Legal Trainee at Amarchand Mangaldas and Trilegal, where they gained experience in general corporate law and corporate finance, respectively. Danish has appeared before various courts and commissions in India on competition issues and has handled complex antitrust litigation, merger control, and advisory matters. Danish has worked across sectors such as oil and gas, electricity, insurance, retail, automobiles, franchising, telecommunications, etc. Danish has been actively involved in cases involving abuse of dominance, cartels, and follow-on litigation, and has successfully represented clients in matters against major companies.

Danish Khan completed their Intermediate in Science at KV, IMA- Dehradun from 2003 to 2008. Danish then pursued their Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University from 2008 to 2013.
