Francois Jancloes has over 30 years of work experience. Francois is currently the Vice President of Personal Care EMEA at dsm-firmenich Perfumery & Beauty since 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as the Vice President of Integrations & Transformation at dsm-firmenich starting in 2022. Francois also has an extensive history with Firmenich, where they held various positions including Vice President of Strategy Planning and Chief of Staff - Perfumery Division from 2019 to 2022, Vice President of Strategy Planning & Sales Excellence - Perfumery Division from 2017 to 2019, and Senior Director of Strategy Planning & Sales Excellence - Perfumery Division from 2014 to 2017. Before joining Firmenich, Francois worked with Unilever as the Regional Director Asia Pacific - Unilever Global Account from 2007 to 2014 and as the Director of Global Innovation Project - Unilever Global Account from 2003 to 2007. Francois also served as the Regional Manager for the Africa Middle East Region from 2002 to 2003. Francois started their career at Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager from 1994 to 1997 before transitioning to a Business Development Manager for the Procter & Gamble Global Account from 1998 to 2002.

Francois Jancloes has a Master's degree in International Business Management from HEC-University of Lausanne, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Francois also completed their undergraduate studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the same university from 1987 to 1991. In 2005, Francois attended IMD for a course on Mobilizing People. In 2014, they completed the Finance for Executives program at INSEAD Singapore. Most recently, in 2021, they attended IMD for a program in Leading Digital Business Transformation.
