Frederic Zucca

Frederic Zucca is an accomplished innovation principal flavorist at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, following a distinguished career at Firmenich from June 2010 to May 2023, where roles included principal flavorist and senior innovation flavorist. Prior to that, Frederic served in various flavorist and R&D management positions at ROBERTET CHINA from 2004 to June 2010 and Mane from 1999 to 2004. With a strong educational background, Frederic earned a MAS in biochemistry and analytical chemistry from Université Côte d'Azur between 1994 and 1999.
