Jan Schuster

Jan Schuster has extensive experience in the fragrance and flavor industry. Jan currently holds the position of Senior Director P&G Global Commercial Operations at DSM-Firmenich. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Director P&G Global Beauty at Firmenich from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Firmenich, they held various roles at Symrise AG, including Vice President, Aroma Molecules Asia Pacific from 2015 to 2018, and several global account director and manager positions in aroma molecules from 2007 to 2013.

Jan Schuster attended Gymnasium Brede in Brakel from 1989 to 1998. Jan then went on to study at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie Goettingen from 2000 to 2003.
