Jeffrey Sands

Jeffrey Sands is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and corporate development across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategy & Strategic Projects at dsm-firmenich since 2024, Jeffrey previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Tate & Lyle, where efforts focused on transforming the company into a leader in ingredient solutions. With a comprehensive background that includes roles at Fibrant as a Non Executive Board Member and Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Acquisitions at dsm-firmenich, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategies. Earlier career positions include Head of Corporate Development at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd, Director at Greenhill & Co., and Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University and completed executive education at The Wharton School.
