Mary T. Clarke has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the chemicals and ingredients industry. Mary T. is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Portfolio and Naturals at dsm-firmenich since May 2023. Mary T. is also a Board Member at United Malt since March 2023 and at Shiru since November 2021. Previously, Mary held multiple senior leadership positions at Firmenich, Naturex, Brandywine Advisory LLC, FMC Corporation, The Lubrizol Corporation, Croda, and Ashland, where they showcased expertise in areas such as global portfolio management, innovation, strategic planning, business development, marketing, and operations. Mary's leadership experience spans across various industries, including food, pharmaceutical, personal care, and specialty ingredients.

Mary T. Clarke has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Additionally, they hold an Executive Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
