Shari Bailey

Shari Bailey has a strong background in quality management and compliance. Shari is currently the Global Head of Quality, Health, Nutrition, and Care at dsm-firmenich since July 2023. Before that, they were the Founder and Board President of Laila's Gift Incorporated. Shari'sexperience also includes various roles at DSM, where they served as the Head of Global Quality, Regulatory, Clinical & PMO from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Global Director of Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and as a Senior Global Director of Quality at DSM. Before joining DSM, Shari worked as the Director of Quality at Zimmer Biomet. Shari also has experience in quality management at Terumo Cardiovascular, Thales Digital Identity and Security, Ciena, MacroGenics, Inc., and Nutramax Laboratories.

Shari Bailey has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Medical Device Quality Management from Grace College & Seminary, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Phoenix. Shari has also obtained certifications including a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, an ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor certification from BSI, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Villanova University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
