Tomas Mühlich

Tomas Mühlich has a diverse work experience in various companies. Tomas joined dsm-firmenich in 2020 as the Global Customer Experience Director. Prior to that, they worked at Mars from 2013 to 2020, where they held several roles including Supply Chain Director Southern Cone, Supply Chain Manager AUP, Plant Manager - WET Technology, and Engineering Manager AUP. Before Mars, they worked at Unilever from 2010 to 2013, where they served as a Production Leader, Project Leader, and Project Engineer.

Tomas Mühlich holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from Lincoln University College in 2004. From 2005 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Food Tech and Mechanics Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Tomas has also acquired several additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, and Digital Transformation, among others.
