Natasha Karelina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and educational leadership. Currently serving as Director of Global Customer Experience at ISC2 since June 2019, Natasha has previously held positions including Senior Manager of Global Customer Excellence and Regional Customer Services Manager for EMEA. Natasha’s earlier career includes significant roles at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where responsibilities included Senior Development Manager for Sales Support and Training, as well as positions in customer services and stakeholder support. Natasha also served as an Assistant Professor of English at the Institute of International Law and Economics and held various roles at the British Council, including Cambridge ESOL Examiner Trainer. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Applied Educational Leadership and Management from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
