Yazan Maayeh

Yazan Maayeh has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Yazan began their career at Mobilera as an Operations & Sales Team Leader, where they were responsible for supporting and call center for merchants, training clients, and content editing & insertion. In 2013, they moved to Easy Storage Jordan as a Facility Manager, where they were responsible for operations and sales, enquirers, contract negation and customer satisfaction, as well as the elaboration of operational budgets and definition of financial targets. In 2015, they joined Dsquares as an Operations Sr. Manager, where they managed +100 partners with +400 branches across two different countries, Jordan and Tanzania. Yazan also managed, motivated and coached team members, performed quality controls and monitored production KPIs, and led and supported the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Additionally, they managed the reporting function with comprehensive analysis and insights on market feedback and tactical moves. Yazan later held the role of Operations Manager at Dsquares.

Yazan Maayeh earned a B.C in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Al- Zaytoonah Private University between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended Room Ordothox -Madaba from 1997 to 2006, where they achieved a 72.9% in the SCIENTIFIC SECTION /Room Orthodox School / MADABA.
