Emily Scheidt

Emily Scheidt is currently serving as an Apprentice Teacher at DSST Public Schools since July 2024. With extensive experience in lifeguarding and supervision, Emily has held various positions, including Lifeguard Supervisor for the City of Burlington, Vermont, where responsibilities included supervising over ten employees, training staff, creating schedules, and resolving patron disputes. Previous roles include Lifeguard at the University of Denver and Greater Burlington YMCA, overseeing swim team practices, and ensuring safety at recreational facilities. Emily's foundational experience began as a Camp Counselor at Camp Killooleet, where coordination of camper schedules and staff oversight were key responsibilities. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver, obtained in June 2024, and a high school diploma from Burlington Senior High School.
