Aleksandr Nossow

Aleksandr Nossow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the defense and industrial sectors. Currently, Aleksandr serves as General Manager at Proma Group since December 2022, and has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Ukroboronprom since May 2020. As the founder of DST Group since April 2011, Aleksandr has focused on the production of spare parts for heavy vehicles and industrial equipment in the oil and road construction industries. Previous roles include Deputy Defence Minister of Ukraine from July 2021 to July 2022, and Founder & CEO of DST Group Limited from 2013 to 2020, specializing in non-serial spare parts for military and special heavy vehicles. Aleksandr also contributed as a consultant at GICHD and held positions within the Ukraine Armed Forces for over two decades, achieving the rank of Colonel. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics, Financial Management from T.Svevchenka National University and engineering training from the Kiev Military Academy.
