Joachim has a strong background in sales, marketing, and product development within the telecommunications industry, having held various leadership roles at companies such as Certipost, Mobistar, KPN, Tele2-Versatel, and Versatel. With a Master's degree in Industrial Sciences Telecommunications and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Joachim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role, where Joachim focuses on driving customer satisfaction and superior customer experience.
