Mayra Rosales Salazar

Mayra Rosales Salazar has a diverse work experience in human resources and legal roles. Mayra is currently a Senior Team Lead HR at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ransa as an HR Business Partner, specializing in corporate integrations, specialized businesses, staff, and logistics in Peru. Mayra also worked as a Senior Legal Assistant at Ransa. Before that, they had a brief internship at Banco de Crédito BCP and held the position of Trainee. Mayra started their career as a Corporate Legal Assistant at BDO.

Mayra Rosales Salazar obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Relaciones Laborales from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2013. Mayra then pursued an Especialización en Derecho Laboral with a focus on PEE derecho Corporativo - Especialización Laboral from Universidad ESAN between 2014 and 2016. In 2016, Mayra enrolled at Universidad ESAN for a Maestría en Organización y Dirección de Personas, which they completed in 2018. Currently, they are studying HR Analytics at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, with an expected completion date not specified. Additionally, Mayra has obtained certifications as a Miembro de DCH from DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano and as an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile, both of which were obtained in 2023.
