Pedro has worked with organizations like Emerging Markets International and Cardno Emerging Markets in roles such as Framework Manager, Rule of Law Quality Controller, and Project Manager. Pedro has also assessed grant proposals and managed projects in areas such as mine action, civil society support, and human rights. Pedro holds a Master's Degree in Human Sustainable Development and a Master's degree in Law.
