Thomas Ingvoldstad

Thomas Ingvoldstad has an extensive background in international development, finance, and operations. Thomas has held various roles at Cardno International Development, including Technical Director, Sr. Manager, Director of Finance & Operations, Manager, Senior Development Specialist, and Development Specialist. In these positions, Thomas has managed portfolios of contracts with the Global Fund, overseen financial and programmatic performance, and developed procedures to improve project operations. Thomas holds a MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a degree in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
