Clevelyn Tobing

Clevelyn Tobing is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, learning and development, and program management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at DT Global and the Program Director at Girls Can Lead since December 2018, Clevelyn has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, curriculum development, and talent management. Previous roles include HR Manager at Lotte Mall Jakarta, Learning and Development positions at JD.ID and PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, and recruiting at Citi. With a Master’s degree in Management with Human Resource from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from the University of Indonesia, Clevelyn possesses a strong academic foundation to complement practical skills in fostering employee engagement and facilitating training programs.
