Adam Leary

Adam Leary currently serves as the General Manager of Employment Relations and People Operations at DT Infrastructure since July 2023, following a notable tenure at Downer as the General Manager of People and Culture for Infrastructure Projects and previously as the National HR Manager for Infrastructure Services. With significant experience in managing diverse Human Resources portfolios, Adam has led teams of HR Business Partners to implement effective people management solutions throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior roles include Group Industrial Relations Manager at JBS, where leadership spanned a workforce of 13,000 across Australia and New Zealand, and Employment Relations Superintendent at Bechtel Corporation for a multi-billion-dollar project involving 10,000 personnel. Adam's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources and a Master of Business Law from Southern Cross University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Newcastle.
