Brandon Sebena

Brandon Sebena is an experienced professional in the utility and construction sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Construction at DT Midstream since December 2025. Prior to this role, Brandon was the Director of Utility Operations at JCE Co-op and held various leadership positions at Vector Services and Black Hills Energy, including Director of Operations Utility Construction Resources and Senior Operations Manager, respectively. With a career that began at We Energies in December 2002, Brandon has progressed through multiple roles, including Operations Supervisor and Senior Operations Supervisor, showcasing a breadth of expertise in operations and compliance achieved through various positions dating back to seasonal work as a Meter Reader. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Carthage College.
