Erin Voigt has a varied work experience in different industries and roles. Erin is currently working as a Business System Analyst at DT Professional Services since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Total Wine & More from 2015 to 2021, where they held the position of Senior IT Business Analyst from September 2017 to October 2021 and Operations Analyst from December 2015 to September 2017. Before that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Hughes Network Systems from June 2014 to December 2015. Erin also has experience as a Logistics Specialist Intern at Trinity Logistics from January 2014 to April 2014 and as a Project Management Intern at Rohde & Schwarz from July 2013 to August 2013. In addition, they had a long-term role as a Seasonal Campground Attendant at Little Bennett Campground from April 2008 to August 2013. Erin also worked as an Implementation Team Member at Data Networks from June 2012 to December 2012, where they were responsible for deploying, installing, and configuring new computers in classrooms for Montgomery County Public Schools.
Erin Voigt earned a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dual major in Information Systems and Management from Salisbury University between 2010 and 2014. Erin completed their high school education at Damascus High School from 2006 to 2010.
In addition to their formal education, Erin has obtained several certifications. In January 2022, they received the CompTIA Cloud Essentials certification from CompTIA. Previously, in November 2019, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance and also obtained the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications from Excella in October and September 2019, respectively. Erin also holds the ITIL Foundation Level certification from Pink Elephant, obtained in June 2018. Furthermore, they have the MTA: Database Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, acquired in October 2017. Lastly, Erin completed the Red Hat Enterprise Performance Tuning Training in April 2015 and the Red Hat System Administration I Training in July 2014.
