Rachel Daly

Rachel Daly has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 12 years. Rachel is currently working as a Product Manager at Tripleseat since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tripleseat as a Client Onboarding & Training Specialist from June 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Tripleseat, Rachel held a role as a Restaurant Manager, Private Dining & Events at Grill 23 & Bar from March 2018 to June 2020. Rachel also worked at City Winery as a Grand Opening Wine Captain from October 2017 to April 2018.

Rachel gained experience at Eataly as a Grand Opening Marketing & Events Manager, Sommelier from September 2016 to April 2018. Rachel also worked at Compass Group as a Conference Center & Catering Manager from January 2016 to September 2016 and at Sodexo as a Catering Manager from November 2014 to December 2015.

Rachel began their career at Marriott International, starting as a Guest Services Representative from March 2012 to March 2013, followed by a role as a Catering Sales Assistant from March 2013 to November 2014. Rachel then joined Marriott Residence Inn as a Guest Services Representative from June 2011 to March 2012.

Rachel's early experience includes working as a Guest Services Representative at Aria Resort and Casino within MGM MIRAGE from June 2010 to June 2011.

Rachel Daly attended Bethlehem Catholic High School from 2000 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Food and Beverage. In terms of additional certifications, Rachel obtained the Certified Sommelier title from the COURT OF MASTER SOMMELIERS WORLD-WIDE in October 2017. Rachel also attained the ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association in October 2015, and most recently, they became a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone® Certification Program in April 2020.
