Jose Goncalves

Jose Goncalves is a seasoned energy efficiency professional with extensive experience at DTE Energy, serving as a Manager overseeing residential and education-focused EWR Programs since August 2017. Previously, Jose held various roles at ICF, including Program Manager for HVAC rebate and insulation programs, and as a Field Team Manager, leading teams in the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives for major utilities in Michigan.
