Dawn Carley

Dawn Carley has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to sales operations, order processing, billing, and revenue management. Dawn is currently working as the Director of Sales Operations at DTEX Systems since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Sales Operations Manager at Code42 from December 2016 to August 2021, where they focused on optimizing sales processes and supporting the sales team. Dawn also worked as the Director of Global Sales Order Processing at Arcserve from December 2014 to December 2016. Before that, they held multiple roles at AriZona Beverage Co., including Manager of Billings, Chargeback's and Deductions, Manager of Chargeback's and Deductions, and Interim Billing Manager. At CA, Inc, they served as the Director of Sales Accounting from September 2008 to August 2011. Dawn also worked at CA Technologies in various roles, such as Senior Revenue Manager - Indirect Business Support, Contract Supervisor, and Contract Administrator. Dawn Carley has demonstrated expertise in sales operations, order processing, billing, and revenue management throughout their career.

Dawn Carley completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University New York between 1997 and 1999. Dawn later pursued a Masters in Finance at Dowling College from 2000 to 2002.
