James Palmer, PLA, has a diverse background in landscape architecture, urban design, and planning. With experience at companies like DTJ Design, EDSA, and Site Resources Inc., James has worked on projects ranging from hospitality and resort design to community planning. James's leadership role as Chair at ULI Baltimore & DC Transit Oriented Development Product Council showcases their ability to organize and facilitate discussions on regional transit projects and related impacts. James holds a BLA in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Management from the University of Maryland.
