Shaahid Sampan is a Senior IT Technical Support Specialist at du since December 2015, providing L1 and L2 support with quick incident resolution and maintaining a 100% satisfaction rate. Previously worked as an IT Support Executive at Amana Bank from April 2013 to November 2015. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology at Cardiff Metropolitan University, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from SLIIT. Graduated from Zahira College and Carey College in Sri Lanka.
