Abdellatif Boughanmi

Abdellatif Boughanmi serves as the Acting Senior Baggage Duty Manager at Dubai Airports since April 2015, previously holding the role of AOCC Controller for Baggage. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving Baggage Handling System (BHS) shutdown requests and analyzing supply and demand impacts during IATA seasons. Prior to this, Abdellatif worked as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Dubai Airports from October 2008 to April 2014, where responsibilities included designing maintenance strategies and conducting routine inspections. Abdellatif's engineering career began at Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics LLC as a Project Engineer, focusing on Baggage Handling System installation schedules and cost monitoring. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Electromechanic from the University of Sciences and Technology and an MBA from Aston American University, along with additional studies in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
