John Francis is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in IT support and systems analysis. John’s expertise includes incident management, remote support, user administration, and maintaining IT infrastructure across various organizations. A graduate of the University of Madras with a BSC in Computer Science, John's early career involved customer support for technology products and managing IT services at multiple companies.
