Safaa Khalaf

Safaa Khalaf has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Director of Terminal at Dubai Airports since October 2008. Throughout this tenure, Safaa has held several key positions, including Director of Monitoring at the Airport Operations Control Center, Head of the Joint Control Room, and Airport Duty Manager. Prior to joining Dubai Airports, Safaa worked at dnata from January 1999 to September 2008 as an Operations Controller. Safaa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lebanese American University, which was obtained between 1994 and 1998, and completed secondary education at Al Mawakeb School from 1987 to 1994.
