Sebastian Wagner has extensive experience in strategic planning and project management within the aviation sector, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning at Dubai Airports since February 2010. In this role, Sebastian is responsible for developing and implementing the corporate strategy, identifying megatrends, and ensuring corporate performance through measurable indicators. Previous positions at Dubai Airports include Head of Investment Planning, Head of Experience/Revenue Optimisation Programme, and Senior Manager roles focused on customer experience and corporate portfolio governance. Sebastian's expertise also extends to participation in leadership development initiatives with ABL Group and various strategic internships early in his career. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences and an Executive Leadership Programme from London Business School.
