Sheryl D'souza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sheryl started their career as an intern in software development at GE-Infrastructure, Transportation in 2005. Later, they joined the same company as a Research Software Engineer and played a key role in delivering rail simulation software. Sheryl was recognized as the "Young Achiever of the Year" in 2006 for their contributions.

In 2008, Sheryl worked as a Software Programmer at lisec middle east ltd fze, where they developed various software for glass processing and single sheet scanning.

In 2011, Sheryl joined Emirates as an IT Consultant, focusing on the development and deployment of the baggage software system. Sheryl introduced efficiency in the system and successfully deployed it at Changi Airport, Singapore.

From 2014 to 2015, Sheryl worked at Aggreko as a Technical Specialist, where they managed the training system functionality and collaborated with IT and L&D stakeholders.

Since 2015, Sheryl has been associated with Dubai Airports. Sheryl started as a Senior Planner - Demand Forecast and worked closely with industry stakeholders to improve airport datasets. Sheryl then progressed to the role of Senior Analyst - Strategy and Research, where they delivered on short-term forecasts and supported financial budgeting activities. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Forecasting and Customer Insight, responsible for developing passenger forecast models and reporting dashboards to aid in executive decision-making.
