Madeha Al Hawai possesses extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as the VP-Head of Contact Center at The Saudi National Bank since July 2019. With a long tenure at Dubai First P.J.S.C. and First Abu Dhabi Bank, also in VP roles, Madeha has demonstrated leadership in contact center operations and customer service. Prior experience includes serving as Branch Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and as an Operations Officer at Lloyds Bank. Madeha holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Science from AL Ain University of Science and Technology, completed between 1994 and 2000, along with earlier education at Al Safa School from 1991 to 1994.
